When you see a photograph from a moment in your life, you don't just see an image, you recall a memory. You are reminded of the sounds, the smells, the emotions, the people you shared the moment with, and countless other details... all from a single photograph.

Throughout life there tends to be so much going on it is a challenge to consciously take in, and truly appreciate all the details swirling around in any given moment. And this is why I believe a photograph can be invaluable. It is a glimpse into a time gone by, a time which is alive and relevant again simply by our recalling of the memory.

I especially enjoy capturing memories of friends and family as they gather together for different events, although my inner passion is for capturing a beautifully and uniquely crafted landscape scene. I am frequently struck with a sense of awe and wonder while taking in the natural beauty of our planet, and hope to pass on that humbling feeling to others.
